Acquisition Due Diligence

Kilo will review all constraints, regulatory and permitting documentation, review geotech, pile test results and pile design, mechanical/electrical/civil design details, equipment selection, review energy models, financial models, CAPEX & O&M cost estimate/analysis, conduct a risk analysis and recommend budget contingencies. We will also conduct a site visit with you and, as the final deliverable, provide a detailed report with summarizing conclusions to arm you with the right tools before making your investment decision.

UAV / Drone / Aircraft Survey

Transport Canada licensed UAV operator for topographic survey, aerial photos and video. Alternately, fixed-wing aircraft can also be chartered for photography/video. This can be a great way to acquire topographic information for design purposes, acquire imagery that is more current and detailed than Google imagery to use as an underlay for preliminary design as well as get the ‘lay of the land’ for due diligence.

Geotechnical investigation and pile testing are critical steps in the development of renewable energy projects to increase design and cost certainty.
